How to integrate your account with Google Analytics?

Google Analytics is a robust platform that collects data from your websites and apps, allowing you to create reports with valuable business insights. When integrated with Publuu, it provides detailed information on how readers interact with your flipbooks. You can use this data to improve your content, make your flipbooks more engaging, and strengthen your marketing.

To integrate Publuu with GA you’ll need to add a Google Tag to your account. If you already have a Google Analytics account, you can skip ahead to setting up a data stream. If not, follow the steps from the beginning.

Note ! Google Analytics integration is available only for Professional and Premium plan subscribers.

 

Creating Google Analytics account

Go to Google Analytics and click on the “Get started today”.

 

Sign in with your Gmail account or create a new one. Click the “Start measuring” button.

 

Specify your “Account name” and click Next.

 

TIP: Uncheck all checkboxes in the Account Sharing Settings, as they are not necessary to avoid potential conflicts with any Privacy Policy.

 

Specify the “Property name” and click Next.

 

Provide your Business details and in the next step Choose your business goals and click Create.

 

Once you accept the Google Analytics Terms of Service you’ll be directed to data collection settings.

 

Choose Web in platform selection and you’ll be directed to setting up a data stream.

 

Setting up a data stream

In the Website URL enter: publuu.com/flip-book/ and a desired Stream name and click Create & Continue.

NOTE ! If you have a custom domain, replace publuu.com with it.

 

Getting Google Tag

Once the data stream is created, you’ll see the window with your Web stream details.

Copy the Google Tag from Measurement ID.

TIP: You may find your data streams and manage them in the Admin panel.

 

 

Adding Google Tag to Publuu statistics

Login to your Publuu account and choose any flipbook from a dashboard and click “Show statistics”.

 

Click on the Google Analytics button.

 

Paste the tag into the field and press Save.

 

Everything is ready! The statistics for all your flipbooks will be integrated with your Google Analytics account.
