Publuu’s Refund Policy
We hope you are entirely happy with the products you use via Publuu and that you are keen to continue using them for as long as possible. In an unlikely scenario you would like to ask for a refund for one of our products, here is our refund policy:
If, within two days of purchasing annual subscription of one of Publuu’s plans (up to 48 hours after your payment was made) you decide you would like to get a refund, it will be granted to you even if you do not provide any specific reason (although we are always keen to get your feedback). After two days we cannot refund your payment. Be aware that Stripe’s and Paypal’s fees included into original payment will not be returned in case of a refund.
Once the refund is issued, users account and all of its content will be deleted.
1. Refunds are not granted for any of the monthly subscription plans. Refunds are granted ONLY when you upgrade your annual subscription to another annual subscription.
2. If you decide to downgrade to a lower plan than the one you subscribed earlier, you are NOT entitled to reimbursement of a percentage of the price for the plan on which you were downgraded.
