MANTHAN 4.0, a flagship event organized by
FIIB brought together leaders, scholars, and
industry experts to delve into the profound
theme TILES: Technology, Inclusiveness,
Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and
Sustainability.
The presence of Mr Anshoo Sharma, Founder
and CEO of Magicpin, as the Guest of Honour at
MANTHAN 4.0 added an invaluable dimension
to the event. His personal journey, insights into
the current business environment, and vision
for the future left a significant impact on the
audience. Attendees were inspired not only by
the success story of Magicpin but also by the
wisdom and principles shared by Mr Sharma.
As MANTHAN 4.0 unfolded, the entrepreneurial
spirit ignited by the guest of honor reflected
throughout the event, sparking innovation and
ambition among participants.
Mr Ankit Jhamb addressed the event on
the transformative role of technology, the
imperative of inclusion, and the essence of
leadership emphasizing on encompassing
resilience, technology, inclusion, and
leadership. Attendees were left with a deeper
understanding of the transformative power of
technology, the urgency of inclusive practices,
and the core principles of effective leadership.
As the event progressed, the impact of Mr
Jhamb’s address was poised to resonate,
inspiring conversations and initiatives that
contribute to a more resilient, inclusive, and
tech-savvy future.
His address was followed by a panel discussion
on “Productive Frontiers of Business - Leader’s
Layout” with distinguished industry experts
as the panelists: Mr Nitin Mishra, Head HR,
Cushman & Wakefield; Mr Solomon David,
Director HR, Fly Big; Mr Atish, CHRO, Somany
Ceramics. This panel discussion provided a
comprehensive exploration of innovation,
leadership, and entrepreneurship. Attendees
gained valuable insights into the rapidly
changing business landscape, the pivotal role
of leadership in fostering innovation, and the
entrepreneurial mindset required for success.
Subsequently, there was another panel
discussion focusing on the theme “Cultivating
a Tech-Driven Culture: Empowering the Next
Generation Workforce” having Ms Nidhi
Lahoti, HR Leader, Ex IT, ITES & Consulting;
Mr Amit Chhabra, Head- IS, Patanjali; and
Mr Unni Krishnan, AVP-Global Marketing,
COFORGE as panelists.
This panel left attendees with rich insights
into the complex interplay of technology,
leadership, and organizational culture.
