From Inception to
Impact
Since its inception in 2017, our Social Internship
Program (SIP) has been driven by a vision to
blend business acumen with social impact,
equipping our PGDM students with the skills,
mindset, and experiences necessary for
successful and socially responsible leadership
roles. Through SIP, students learn to navigate
diverse environments, cultivate adaptability,
and make decisions with ethical considerations
in mind, ultimately contributing to sustainable
and ethical business practices.

business by aligning business goals with
societal needs and driving positive change in
their communities.
I was truly impressed by
the enthusiasm of the FIIB
students in supporting us with
social causes. Remarkably, a few students
continued to visit even after completing their
internship with us. What stood out the most
was their effective performance in handling
diverse tasks as a multitasker. The students’
depth of knowledge left a lasting impact,
and I am confident it will positively influence
the lives and careers of the children at SFC
Learning Center.”

experience. The dedication and initiative they
showed in understanding our work towards
empowering individuals, NGOs, Private Org,
Start-ups and other org. Within India and

they’ll make a meaningful impact in their
future endeavors.”
The opportunity to have 10
students from Fortune Institute
of Business complete their
Social Immersion Program at Inclusive
Divyangjan Entrepreneur Association was
not less than a beautiful learning experience
for the students who were part of the SIP.
The students’ dedication and efforts in
taking the initiative to understand the social
realities of Persons with Disabilities are
highly appreciated. We wish them the best
of luck in their future endeavours.”

global challenges, and FIIB’s SIP is helping
prepare future managers for the same
social stint. This initiative deserves a great
deal of commendation from FIIB and its
students, and we look forward to continued
collaboration with the institute, faculty, and
students so that the learnings and attitude
of giving back to society and contributing to
solutions remain a focus.”
Students actively participated
in all assignments. They were
curious to know and eager
to understand what role they could play
in contributing to the cause. With the
knowledge and sensitivity that students
have developed, society has become
more prepared to address these issues. We
appreciate FIIB for coming up with these
initiatives and building sensitivity amongst
future leaders regarding their contribution
to society.”
The students were highly
motivated for their respective
roles during the internship
program. They were enthusiastic since day
one of their tenure and showed high skill and
knowledge regarding their devotion to time
and commitment. The documents prepared
by students during the internship will help us
in the long run and support our target groups
across India. We have been fortunate enough
to have FIIB students every year as they add
value to our projects.”
