1 cup water
1 cup milk
2 tsp black tea
leaves
1-inch piece of
ginger (grated)
2 cardamom pods
1 small cinnamon
stick
2 cloves
Sugar to taste
Add water to the kettle and bring to a
boil.

ginger,
cardamom,
cinnamon, and cloves. Let it simmer
for 2-3 minutes.

Add tea leaves and simmer for 2
minutes.
3.
Pour in the milk and bring the
mixture to a boil again. Let it simmer
for 2 more minutes.

Strain the tea into cups and sweeten
with sugar. Serve hot.
