Ingredients:
Method
100g pasta (any
shape)
2 cups water
½ cup tomato
puree
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic
(minced)
Salt and pepper to
taste
Fresh basil for
garnish
Boil 2 cups of water in the kettle, add
pasta, and cook for 8-10 minutes until
al dente.

Drain and set aside.

Add olive oil and minced garlic to the
kettle, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add tomato puree, salt, and pepper,
and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
