Ingredients:
Method
4 large eggs
Water
Place the eggs in the egg tray of the
kettle.

Add enough water to cover the eggs.

Close the lid and steam the eggs for
10-12 minutes for hard-boiled, or 7-8
minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
3.
Remove the eggs, cool them under
running water, peel, and serve.
