Ingredients:
Method
1 carrot, chopped
1 potato, chopped
½ onion, diced
1 tomato, chopped
2 cups water
Salt and pepper to
taste
Fresh coriander for
garnish
Add 2 cups of water to the kettle and
bring to a boil.

Add all the chopped vegetables and
let them simmer for 10 minutes until
tender.

Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with fresh coriander and
serve hot.
