Every passing day, we are reminded of the growing disparity
between the education offered by colleges and universities
and the constantly evolving job market. It has become
increasingly clear that there is a significant gap between the
knowledge and skills that the industry needs and those that
students are receiving through traditional Higher Education.
If left unaddressed, this situation could result in an "everyone
loses" scenario where high levels of unemployment
co-exist with a high number of unfilled vacancies due
to a lack of skilled workforce. We are moving into an era
where education is a lifelong journey and it begins early!

Sourcing
Qualified Educators:
As the technology changes
and new fields are emerging, it
can be difficult for colleges to
find specialized teachers who
are up-to-date on the latest
developments.
Curriculum and
Industry Relevance:
HEIs may face challenges
related to developing and
updating curricula to meet
the changing needs of the
job market.
Placements
and Enrollment:
Colleges are unable
to place students in
new-age technologies
and thus, it impacts their
enrollment-figures.
