PulseHero Massage Gun

Welcome to interactive presentation, created with Publuu. Enjoy the reading!

Put your full weight on the massage gun and make sure the connection head is against the

muscle group you want to work. Keep your back straight to avoid straining yourself while

using it.

Give the massage:

Start slowly: Put light pressure on the muscle to start. Allow the massage gun to run over

the muscle fibers as you move it slowly across them.

Pay attention to certain areas: If you feel knots or tight spots, you can concentrate on them

for a little longer. Apply regular pressure with the device, but don't press too hard because

that could hurt.

Remember to keep moving. Move slowly and steadily, and don't stay in one place for too

long. Moving the gun along the muscle for 30 to 60 seconds is a good way to do it.

Change as needed:

If it hurts, change the speed or pressure or switch to working out a different muscle group.

As the massage goes on, pay attention to how your body feels and make changes as

needed.

Length of Time Used:

You should only use each muscle group for 10 to 15 minutes at a time to avoid

overstimulation. This can be done again and again on different muscle groups, making the

treatment session more even.

Care after a massage:

Take a moment to stretch the muscles you just worked out after using the massage gun.

This can make you more flexible and help you relax even more.

Get the device clean:

To keep things clean, wipe down the massage gun's body and attachment parts with a clean

cloth after each use.
