I found a rare off-market opportunity in Charlestown and managed the project from start

to finish. I assembled a top team, handled zoning adjustments, and gained neighborhood

support through abutter meetings. By optimizing the design with outdoor spaces, we

maximized value. Staying hands-on during construction, I developed a pre-launch

marketing plan with buyer outreach. The result was a $3,975,000 sell-out, with all units

selling above asking and setting a new price-per-SF record for Charlestown.

This full renovation of an existing building in Everett aimed to provide three luxury condos

at an affordable price—something rarely found so close to Boston. We took the property

from design through construction, interior design, and ultimately to listing and sale.

Each unit blends modern luxury with vintage charm, featuring custom cabinetry, elegant

vanities, and original repurposed beams. In the end, we achieved a record price-per-SF
