PRE-RECORDED WEBINAR

The pre-recorded webinar is a great way to provide value to current customers and potential new leads alike. Pre-record

an educational webinar that will be available on our website for three months. Once available, your content will also be

promoted via our social media channels and our AAP eNewsletter to all AAP Members. Our emails boast a 36% average

open rate among our target base, which far exceeds industry open rate averages.

Length: Up to 1 hour

AAP ON-HOLD MESSAGE

Remind AAP Members and prospects of what your company can do for them when they call AAP’s toll-free phone

number. The 15-30 second message you provide will play when callers are on hold.

Duration: 1 month

EDUCATIONAL ARTICLE

Attract customers through the tried-and-true strategy of educational content marketing, and give your company a

featured place on AAP’s website. Provide an educational article (minimum 750 words) to be hosted in RxAAP.com’s

Pharmacy Newsroom for at least three months, and a short (100 word max) description of your company along with your

logo. Your article must cover a generally educational topic, and must not be focused only on your own product or service.

However, the content may contain a link to information about your product or service embedded in the text such as to

provide an example of a solution, and your company description will link to your chosen webpage. Don’t just advertise!

Provide value, and your customers will come to you.

Duration: 3 months

WAREHOUSE BOX STUFFER

Get your printed ad in the hands of pharmacies. A preprinted, single-sided flyer (maximum 8.5” x 11”),

brochure or postcard will be inserted into pharmacy orders from both API warehouses. Artwork must be

submitted for review and approval by AAP. Vendor/sponsor is to supply 2,200 printed pieces,

1,100 shipped directly to each warehouse.

AAP’s printed Preferred Partner Resource Guide gives AAP Members quick access to information about all of AAP’s

valued Preferred Partners, with brief descriptions of each including Member benefits and contact information. The guide

will be printed in early 2024 and distributed in all new Member packets. It will also be given to all attendees at our

2024 annual conference, and will be available electronically on the AAP website to ensure our Members can find you

anywhere.

Preferred Partners who elect the Elite package will receive a highlighted listing to recognize their support of AAP.

team. For a full month, our Pharmacy Business Advisors and Member Support team will discuss your company’s sales

messaging in their pharmacy meetings with AAP Members. During your designated month, your pre-printed, single-

sided flyer (maximum 8.5” x 11”), brochure or postcard will be inserted into daily pharmacy orders once from each API
