Dear Esteemed Colleagues, Distinguished Guests, and Participants,
It is with immense pleasure and enthusiasm that I extend my warmest greetings to all of you as
the Chairperson of the Global Research Conferences (GRC) 2024. On behalf of the director Prof.
Dr. Parin Somani and the organising committee, it is my honour to welcome all speakers,
presenters, participants, delegates, and attendees, to the prestigious Oxford University in the
United Kingdom, held from 23rd to the 26th March 2024.
The theme for this year's conference, "Digital Futures: Adapting to the Evolving Learning
Landscape," reflects the accelerating pace of change in education, technology, and research.
As we live through an era of unprecedented digital transformation, it is imperative for scholars,
researchers, and practitioners to converge, share insights, and collectively shape the future.
New College, Oxford University, with its rich history and intellectual legacy, serves as an ideal
backdrop for our discussions and deliberations. This iconic institution has been an outstanding
