We have been producing, confectioning and distributing food colours and food additives for several
years. We offer a wide selection of products dedicated to both professional and home use. We supply stationary and online sto
res,bakeries, confectioneries and food wholesalers in Poland and abroad. We are constantly developing and, led by our research
and development department, we are looking for new solutions. We are open to information coming from the market and we try to
respond to the needs of our customers.
In this catalogue, we have also included our technologist’s advice supported by many years of experience, suggesting how to use
the products in order to obtain the best results. In addition, we have added QR codes to support materials, including videos with

Velvet Spray Professional
Velvet for applying to the surface of chocolates, chocolates and pralines. Also intended
for decorating cakes, monoportions and others, based on AZO free and natural colours.
WHITE CHOCOLATE TASTE.
TECHNOLOGIST ADVISES Product must be properly prepared for work to give the best ef
fect. Warm it up in a water bath before use. To achieve the desired consistency, warm the con
tainer evenly, then shake. Remember not to exceed the temperature of 50°C. If the ball moves
freely within the mass, you can start applying the product. Apply to well-chilled surfaces from
a distance of approx. 25-35 cm under a fume hood or a suitable cover. You can apply velvet in layers.
Allow to dry before applying the next layer. After finishing work, put the cake or decoration in the
fridge immediately.

based on cocoa butter
Colours based on cocoa butter. Intended
for colouring chocolate, chocolates, pra
lines, fatty masses and creams. Store in a
dry, cool and shaded place.
TECHNOLOGIST ADVISES Heat the product in
a water bath or over steam and mix thoroughly be
fore each use. You will achieve the best results by he
ating the product to a temperature of 30-33°C.

for colouring chocolate, chocolates, pralines, cocoa
butter, fatty masses and creams. Store in a cool and
shaded place away from moisture to prevent caking.
TECHNOLOGIST ADVISES A few hours before colouring, dissolve the
colour in a small amount of fatty mass and mix thoroughly so that there
are no colour particles - you can use a mixer or a silicone spatula. Pour
through a sieve before adding to the rest of the mass.

TECHNOLOGIST ADVISES Shake vigorously before use. If the ball moves freely,
you can start applying the product. Pressing the nozzle to the maximum, apply from
a distance of 15-20 cm, depending on the desired effect. After using the product, turn
the can upside down and spray to clean the nozzle. Work in a fume hood or under
suitable cover.

mixing with water or alcohol (but not with spirit!). If you want to use on fatty surfa
ces, use alcohol. Airbrush colours in powder can also be sprayed after adding water
or alcohol and applied on sugar masses, marzipan, wafers, royal icing, macaroons,
meringues, etc.

pending on the heating, the product has different density, drop thickness and set
ting time, so you can adjust it to your needs. Remember that the temperature of
the decorated surface also affects the final effect. One product - many possibilities!
Natural Drip

effect of a flowing drop. Available in a wide range of
colours with a convenient dispenser for precise appli
cation. Thanks to the content of chocolate, they are

product and shake to mix. Store in a dry, cool and sha
ded place no longer than 7 days from opening. Does
not break while slicing. Based on AZO free and natural
colours.

ur to create shiny flakes. The paste in a neutral colour can be dyed in various colours
and methods. Remember to always mix the product thoroughly. Store the created
decorations in a plastic bag (with limited access to air).

Lustre Liquid
A unique liquid softening formula for working with
wafer paper. It makes the paper flexible, does not crack
or crumble. Ideal for modeling flowers and leaves (allows
you to emphasize the structure and veining of leaves and
petals). Remains flexible long after drying.
Transparent and durable liquid varnish that gives gloss to the decorated surfaces. It allows to
bring out the intensity of colour and is not sticky after drying. Has a wide range of applica
tions, e.g. for wafers on cakes, cookies, gingerbread, wafer paper, icing. Perfect for hardening
prints on wafer paper on a cake.
