Dear Reader,
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our European and global
news concept based on facts.
In recent years, we have developed a technical infrastructure and a systemic
concept designed to withstand the tide of fake news, clickbait, and media
deterioration caused by the dominance of the internet and tech giants over
traditional business models.
We are now introducing the first version of a methodical news channel – a
channel created to ensure trustworthy and verified journalism. We expect to
launch the concept in sync with Denmark taking over the EU presidency, after
which we will expand it to the rest of the EU, then Europe, and eventually
globally.
The journey has now ofÏcially begun – and we look forward to welcoming
you on board.

THE CONCEPT IN BRIEF
FPC – Facts and Vision
Target Audience
FPC (FactsPilot.com) is an ambitious
international project launched by
MBDK INT with the goal of creating a
comprehensive news platform for the
entire EU. The project aims to provide
daily national news from all EU
countries in their native languages and
make them accessible across Europe.
FPC is based on an advanced
technological infrastructure that
combines automated news feeds with
artificial intelligence to identify the
most relevant and current news in
each country. These news articles are
automatically translated into all ofÏcial
EU languages, ensuring easy access
for all citizens. All content undergoes
journalistic oversight throughout the
process.
FPC primarily targets businesses and
individuals interested in global
developments and in need of fact-
based news reporting in their own
language. By providing accurate and
trustworthy news reports from other
countries, FPC creates a solid
foundation for insight and decision-
making across borders.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Strategic Establishment of a
European and Global Advisory Board
To ensure effective global expansion,
FactsPilot is establishing an Advisory
Board (AdBo), led by the company's
president. Each member of AdBo will
be responsible for specific countries
or regions where they have deep
knowledge and networks. Their task
will be to identify and implement the
best solutions for FactsPilot in their
respective areas.
We are working with two levels of the
Advisory Board:
• A European Advisory Board,
focusing on the rollout and
development of FactsPilot in the EU
and neighboring countries.
• A Global Advisory Board,
supporting international expansion
as the project grows beyond
Europe.
FactsPilot aims to create solutions for
the entire EU and significant European
countries outside the EU, including the
United Kingdom, Türkiye, and more.
We expect the Advisory Board to
consist of 6-10 members at the
European level and gradually expand
globally. We are in the process of
assembling the Advisory Board and
expect to have it finalized by early Q2
2025, when we will announce the
members.

Capital and Strategic Development
The work to prepare FactsPilot for
international scaling has been underway
since 2024. The final structure is expected
to be announced shortly.
The investment model includes several
forms of participation:
◦ Capital investors with financial and
strategic engagement at a global or
continental level.
◦ Operational investors responsible for
running and developing the project at
regional or national levels.
◦ Technical investors contributing
knowledge, technology, and digital
solutions.
◦ Partnerfication solutions, where
strategic partners participate in joint
development and growth.
The structure is designed to ensure a
scalable and efÏcient expansion of
FactsPilot.
Based on multiple intensive discussions,
we see the concept as mature for public
announcement.
Overview of Countries (Matrix)
Structure and Implementation
FactsPilot is being established with a primary focus
on the EU and Europe, where news distribution is
structured according to a scalable model. The
country matrix reflects the strategic rollout,
investment opportunities, and operator roles
described in this document.
Countries are categorized into the following levels:
▷ EU Countries – The core market for FactsPilot,
providing national news distribution in local
languages and automatic translation into all
ofÏcial EU languages.
▷ European Countries Outside the EU – Includes
the UK, Türkiye, and other strategically important
markets with regional adaptation.
▷ Pilot Countries – Selected countries serving as
test markets to fine-tune the technological and
editorial infrastructure before further expansion.
The full rollout plan is expected to be published
alongside the final structure in Q2 2025.
