General
1. Our menu is subject to availability of ingredients and dishes might be replaced with dishes of similar flavour profile
and value.
2. At this time unfortunately we cannot cater for dietaries outside the options available.
3. Call us to discuss particular allergies. For all items there may be traces of nuts present.
4. Bamboo cutlery and paper napkins will be provided with all orders. If you don’t need them please just let us know.
5. Our delivery box is a standard size for all items (except the bento box) and measures 30cm x 30cm x 4.5cm.
6. Orders will come in thermal bags and should be enjoyed within 2 hours of delivery.
7. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the delivery with any changes needed. After that any
amendments cannot be guaranteed.
8. In the event of Typhoon 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, or other disruptions, our services will do our best
to reschedule. If this is not possible a 50% refund will be offered via bank transfer.
9. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery will be subject to the full charge, with no refunds offered.
Sandwiches, Wraps & Sushi
The boxes are ordered with one style (18 pieces) in each.
As standard the egg and salmon sandwiches come in white and wholewheat breads, the pork in mini
baguette rolls, with the beef and shrimp in soft rolls.
Bento Boxes
The food will be delivered in Japanese lacquered bento boxes, and we will aim to collect the empty
boxes within 24 hours after the event. We will clean them but kindly ensure they are empty of excess
food.
Bijoux Boxes
As standard the boxes are a set menu of 6 x 6 styles, as advertised. If you had preferences, please
contact our team.
The boxes hold 36 pieces of 1-2 bites each.
Grazing Boxes
As standard both the cheeses and charcuteries boxes have 4 types in each. If you had preferences,
please contact our team.
Delivery
Order at least 2 days in advance with a cutoff of 2pm. For example, order by 2pm Monday for delivery
on Wednesday.
Delivery is free for orders of $5000hkd or more to HK Island & Kowloon. For all other orders a delivery
fee of $250 will be charged. For now, unfortunately we cannot deliver to the New Territories or Outlying
Islands.

Can I mix the boxes with different products and styles?
No, currently each box will be filled with one item or style.
What is the delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders over $5000 HKD to the Island and Kowloon. For orders less than $5000 HKD the
delivery charge is $250. Unfortunately, we don’t currently deliver to the New Territories & Outlying
Islands.
What is the cut-off time for delivery?
Orders need to be in by 2pm for delivery 48 hours later. For example, please order by 2pm Wednesday for
delivery on Friday.
Can you cater for dietaries and allergies?
Unfortunately, we cannot cater for dietaries outside the menu selection as it stands. If you have allergies
we should be aware of please contact our team to discuss the options.

How many people do the full trays feed (salads, buffet & grazing)?
As guidance we recommend the boxes feed 10-15 people as part of a selection of food.
Will you provide cutlery and napkins?
Yes, all orders will come with bamboo cutlery and paper napkins. If you don’t need them let us know.
How will delivery and pickup of the bento boxes work?
The boxes will be delivered in thermal bags, ready to eat. We will arrange to collect the empty boxes
within 24 hours of the event.
What happens in the event of Typhoon 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning?
We will do our best to rearrange but if this is not possible we will organise a 50% refund via bank transfer.
