2025 MEDIA ACCREDITATION GUIDELINES

The following guidelines have been established to accommodate media outlets and assist with their coverage of LIV Golf

League events. LIV Golf reserves the right to approve, deny or revoke a credential request in whole or in part at any time.

All credential holders agree to abide by the below Media Guidelines below. Failure to comply with these policies will result

in immediate revocation of outlet’s credentials and removal from the venue.

A. Only ONE application per outlet will be accepted and should be submitted by the assignment editor/producer who

will serve as "primary contact" and should list any colleagues/freelancers assigned to cover the event under

the “attending staff” section. Please note that if the outlet's "primary contact" will also be in a working capacity at

the tournament, they must include themselves on the attending staff roster.

B. Media credentials are reserved strictly for working journalists only. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in

revocation of access for the entire outlet. Non-editorial roles such as sales, station management, marketing,

public relations, agencies, advertising, etc. will not be approved.

C. Only accredited news organizations that publish original content on a regular basis will be

considered. Independent websites that repost press releases and provided photos/video as their primary source

of content are not eligible for a media credential.

D. Due to the volume of applicants, priority is given to golf and/or sports journalists.

E. All freelance writers, photographers and videographers must be on assignment for a news outlet. Credential

request should be submitted by the assigning editor as part of their outlet’s single application,

otherwise, confirmation of the assignment must be uploaded at time of registration by the freelance journalist.

F. Applications submitted via a personal email address (Gmail/Yahoo/etc.) will not be considered without

authorization from the outlet.

G. Social media channels and/or influencers are NOT eligible to apply for media credentials. If you are a content

creator who wishes to attend a LIV Golf event, please CLICK HERE to submit a request.

H. Photographers must use mirrorless equipment with shutters set to SILENT mode at all times.

I.

Inside the Ropes access requires a designated lanyard which is provided on a very limited basis by LIV Golf

Communications Staff at each event. Media approved for a lanyard must always remain within ONE ARM’S

LENGTH of the rope line at all times. In addition, they must stay off the tee box surface, away from the fringe of

the green and may not position themselves in the player’s line of play.

J. LIV Golf League is the exclusive owner of all player equipment data at events. As such, requests to capture WITB

images or release equipment information (including social content) must be cleared by the League in advance by

contacting (media@livgolf.com).

K. Soliciting autographs as a credentialed media member is strictly prohibited and will result in a loss of access for

the outlet.

L. Credentials are granted at the sole discretion of the LIV Golf Communications staff. A request does not guarantee

access or approval.

M. Any applications without supporting documentation, an overview of coverage plans or sufficient information to

review the request will be declined.
