The year 2023 was a landmark for Café Britt. Under Grupo Arribada, our

our best year ever.
The launch of our newst coffee bars, automted gourmet coffee

of our key innovations for 2023.
As we celebrate our 39th anniversary, we continue to be committed to
delivering high-quality products and experiences. We are dedicated
to leading the way toward a more sustainable future, addressing
environmental, social, challenges proactively. Our business strategy
is supported by the pilaras of strong financial foundation, a culture of
innovation, and a dedication to sustainability. Our future goals include
developing products with 100% natural ingredients, expanding our

Café Britt Harvest Future
Although we have monitored and assessed our impact over the years, we have not published formal reports recently. After the COVID
2020 pause, we resumed the practice of sharing our data on economic, environmental, and social aspects. This document follows our
onw reporting methodology which incorporates practices from different standards we plan to adopt the International Sustainability
and Climate Standards (IFRS S1 and S2) for our reporting in 2025.
Our efforts in environmental practices, innovation, and economic performance, have led us to share both our overall and specific
achievements from 2023. From an economic stand, we provide transparency through financial results, operational locations, product
portfolio, and internal structure. Environmentally, we highlight our certifications, energy and resource management, and initiatives in
responsible purchasing and circular economy practices. Socially, we detail our efforts to support employee well-being and our new
partnership aimed at developing skills in socially vulnerable populations.
In the face of significant global and national challenges, Café Britt is committed to aligning our actions with our goals to generate
comprehensive benefits, under a triple bottom line approach.
Sustainability is an ongoing journey, and our dedication to continuous improvement and learning is unwavering. Our employees,
partners, and customers play a crucial role in achieving our objectives. With the 2023 Sustainability Report, we invite you to explore our
efforts and join us in building a more prosperous future for all.
