Trends

established

by

architects

and

designers play a pivotal role in enhancing the

Club Member’s Experience. We have selected

Peacock & Lewis, one of the industry’s

leading

architectural

and

design

firms,

to create an innovative and aesthetically

pleasing environment. By incorporating various

elements and designs, sustainable materials,

and technological integration, we can offer

our Members an exciting, modern and

luxurious experience.

All elements of the Polo Lifestyle are being

considered during this Club Renovation,

which will serve the membership for years

to come: the balance between high-end

social events, incorporating and embracing

the great Polo outdoors, a vibrant, fun youth

center, incorporating casual, fast dining with

fine dining and a show-stopping centerpiece

at the view terrace will deliver opportunities

for enjoyment to all membership categories.

We have learned a lot during the pandemic

and a great deal in its aftermath. Looking at our

areas not as they are but what they could be.

Spa and Fitness - Proposed Reception Design

We must convey that we wish to maintain Polo’s warm, inviting charm and

bring all the elements together. While we have all visited many of our sister

Clubs recently renovated, the general consensus was to embrace warm tones

rather than the light grays and whites used in many of these Clubs. We wish to

refresh our spaces but keep the Polo identity.

Club Renovation

The intent in developing a phased approach with the Master Plan is to continue to

provide the Polo Lifestyle during the renovation. This requires careful planning and

development of each phase to ensure permitting requests would be granted, life

safety plans are in effect during each phase and proper “hand-offs” between phases

with results our Members can be proud of.

Phase 0 represents work that could be completed during the summer months and

did not require a site plan change. It ran simultaneously with the roofing project,

and they are aligned on completion time.

Phase 1 and the Accelerated Phase 3A account for over 80% of the entire project.

Top Tracer & Driving Range

The title of “largest growing sport in

America” belongs to golf! That is if we use

the

contemporary

and

comprehensive

definition

of

golf,

which

comprises

various forms of “grassless” participation

where

“modern

believers”

swing

clubs

and hit balls at real or virtual targets.

Using this outlook, golf’s growth over the

past eight years has topped Pickleball by a

whopping 4.5 million people.

So, when did this 400-year-old game transition

from a sport to a fun and entertaining

experience? And how is Polo responding to

it? This a philosophical question we were due

to ask, but here is what the best data in the

industry is showing us:

• An estimated 2.5 Million (10%) of today’s

on-course players credit their off-course

experience to getting them on the golf course.

• Approximately 50% of on-course

participants agree that off-course revived

their love for the sport.

• Interest in taking up the traditional game is

five times higher among “non-golfers” with

off-course experience than those without.

• Around 60% of today’s on-course

beginners come to the course with

off-course experience, compared to

only 40% five years ago.

As we will be creating a Polo off-course

experience, we are excited to see our teams

work on player development programs, social

play, and perhaps our mantra at the driving

range will be “Eat, Play, Drink”.

THE #1 RANGE TECHNOLOGY IN GOLF

You’ve learned why technology is at the

forefront of what we are doing at the Club,

and Top Tracer is no different.

We anticipate our Members developing their

skills, and we believe this technology will

be a game changer in our recruiting efforts

for talented Pro’s that wish to develop their

careers with us. It will improve your game by

being powered by performance applications,

analytics, and data.

Looking to just have some fun – we’ve got

you! Our trendy Street Fare food truck and

friendly bar crew will be there to keep you

entertained and smiling.

“Eat,

Play,

Drink.”
