Remove all tins from packaging.
Place tins toward the bottom, back of your
refrigerator (the coolest part). The ideal temperature to store
caviar is between 32-35° F.
Store upright (lid facing up) on a flat surface.
Caviar contains natural oils which must be evenly distributed
throughout the tin.
Remember to check the bottom of the tin
for the best by date and consume within 3 days of opening.
