Ingredients:
• Wraps (2 per person)
• Veggies (zucchini,
bell pepper, tomato)
• Onion, garlic
• Cheese (cream
cheese also possible)
• Oregano, salt,
pepper
Preperation
Time: 20
Minutes
Chop all the vegetables
and sauté the onion
until translucent, then
add the garlic and
remaining vegetables
until tender. Transfer to
a bowl. In a large pan,
both sides, then do the
same with the second
wrap. Spread the
cheese and vegetable
mixture over the second
wrap, top with the first
wrap, and press gently
until the cheese melts
and the wraps stick
together. TIP: Freestyle
with seasonal products!
Mix watermelon cubes,
cherry tomatoes, and
olives in a bowl. Add
torn basil and crumbled
feta. Drizzle with
balsamic vinegar or
lemon juice, olive oil,
and season with salt
and pepper. Toss gently
and serve chilled. Enjoy!
