Employees are expected to arrive in
business casual dress code, those will
include dress shoes, dress pants and
buttoned or polo shirts shirts.
SMART CASUAL
A
smart casual dress
code is
permitted, however it does not include:
Gym Sweaters/ Ripped Jeans/ Hats &
Caps/ Shorts/ Short skirts/ baggy
trousers/ flip flops/ see through cloths.
A manager may require an employee to improve or correct their appearance.
Employees whose personal appearance or personal hygiene is not appropriate
for work will be asked to clock out and to return to work appropriately dressed.

SICK LEAVE
SICK LEAVE WITH
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Employees are required to report their absence to the
administration
(administracija@silverbellgroup.com)
or
their direct manager via e-mail.
Those who have an Employment Contract are obliged to
submit a Certificate of temporary inability to work (from a
state or private doctor).
They can send the confirmation via e-mail or Viber to the
administration, but they must save the original.
After sick leave, it is necessary to take remittances
exclusively from the state doctor.
The certificate of temporary inability to work and
remittances shall be submitted in the original.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Sick leave is paid 65%.
Sick leave due to Covid-19 is paid
100% if:
a) remittances have a code
indicating Covid-19 or
b) the agent submits only a
positive test for Covid-19

While on the professional training
contract,
employees
can
also
submit a doctor's report, but not
laboratory results, etc. We will treat
it as sick leave and 65% will be paid.
VACATION
VACATION WITH EMPLOYMENT
CONTRACT
From the moment of signing the employment
contract, agents earn 1.67 days of vacation at the
end of each month.
Employees send a question about the number of
accrued vacation days by e-mail
administracija@silverbellgroup.com.
If they announce annual leave, it is necessary to do
so at least 15 days before. Then they send an email
to the administration and their direct manager.
The manager approves, and the administration
records the days and makes a vacation approval
certificate.

THE AGREEMENT ON
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
No vacation days are accrued
during employment based on a
professional training contract.

BANK APPROVALS
If employee needs to fill out a form for the
bank due to an administrative ban, loan
requests, etc., should be sent in pdf format to
the e-mail address:
administracija@silverbellgroup.com.
The deadline for realization is 3-5 business
days, since the confirmation is filled out by
the accountant, then signed by the director,
after which it is certified and filed in the
administration.

OTHER RECEIPTS
To obtain a certificate of employment or of
the amount of income, an employee must
send a request to:
administracija@silverbellgroup.com, as well
as the purpose of issuing the certificate
(justification of absence from lectures, visa
application, etc.).
