Paneer (Cottage Cheese) -
200g, cubed
Hung Curd - 1/2 cup
Tandoori Masala - 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Bell Peppers - 1/2 cup,
diced
Onion - 1 medium, diced
Butter - 4 tbsp
Bread Slices - 8
Mint Chutney - 4 tbsp
Marinate paneer, peppers, and onions in hung curd
and spices.

Grill marinated items in the sandwich maker for 4-5
minutes.

Assemble sandwiches with chutney and grill until
crispy.
