THE NEW ALCHEMIST
BY SOLEIRA GREEN
I created the image above as a representation of the
new alchemist because it demonstrates how we
operate, not just as an individual, but also as the
Living Field of Life surging NEW’ness into reality. We
connect with the colourful waves & flows of Life that
gift our world the joy of awesome creation.
As modern day alchemists, we turn exciting new
possibilities (one might call that GOLD) into reality.
We source breakthroughs that liberate humanity from
constrictive constructs (one might call that LEAD).
We innovate & actualise these possibilities &
breakthroughs into fabulous futures (turning
constrictive LEAD into creational GOLD).
Today’s alchemists work with invisible forces & powers
to turn life into exciting new creations. For example ...
we’re fusing all intelligences ( human, whales, dolphins,
animals, bees, trees, mycelium networks, oceans,
Nature & the Universe) into a new collective
intelligence that elevates us beyond logical thinking
into a greater knowing of life & the potency that
awaits us in the invisible realms of possibility, genius,
emotive power, consciousness & creation.
We are here to refashion the world, using our
awareness of the current state of things around the
globe as the impetus for our alchemical creations. We
seek profound, revelatory connection with everything
& everyone, alchemising the magnificence & greatness
in others simply by witnessing them that way.
Soleira Green is an
alchemist, visionary,
world changer &
future maker. She’s
the founder of the
Global Alliance of
Modern Day
Alchemists & editor of
Viva Avanti.

For nearly three decades, I have lived on the
wild and wondrous Osa Peninsula of Costa
Rica, where the rainforest meets the sea and
the cetaceans call to those who are willing to
listen. Drake Bay is not just my home — it is
my temple, my teacher, and the sacred stage
for a life guided by dolphins, whales, and the
whisper of the waves.
It wasn’t always this way. Once, I was a
paralegal in Southern California, boxed in by
paperwork and fluorescent lights. But a series
of synchronistic encounters with dolphins —
first in dreams, then in the ocean — began to
awaken something deep within me. These
weren’t just animals; they were messengers.
Guides. Family. And so, with a heart full of
trust and a suitcase packed with destiny, I left
behind the known and followed the current all
the way to Costa Rica.
Here in Drake Bay, I founded The Divine
Dolphin, a tour company dedicated to ethical
encounters with wild dolphins and whales. But
my work quickly became more than tourism. It
became a mission — to protect these
magnificent beings and the waters they
inhabit.
10
For the past 28 years, I’ve joined forces with
scientists, conservationists, and kindred souls
to advocate for a marine protected area
(MPA) in this region. While bureaucratic delays
have stalled the official designation in Costa
Rica’s courts, we reached a major milestone:
the area has been recognized as an IMMA —
Important Marine Mammal Area.
It is a victory that speaks to both science and
spirit. Because you see, my connection to the
dolphins and whales goes beyond data points
and migration charts. It is a relationship built
on trust, telepathy, and deep listening.
When I’m on the ocean searching for them,
I’m not just scanning the horizon — I’m tuning
in. Sometimes it begins with a flash of light in
the sky, a subtle shimmer that most would
miss. Other times it’s a cloud shaped like a
dragon or a whale, signaling that we’re
getting close. But most often, it’s something
within me—a full-body pull, like a magnetic
alignment. My entire being turns, my hands
follow, the boat shifts course ... and there they
are, waiting. This is not only magic. It is
attunement. It is surrender. It is love.
11
The dolphins communicate with me
telepathically, offering messages of joy,
healing, and urgent reminders to protect the
ocean. The whales share frequencies of
ancient wisdom, sound codes that resonate
not just in the ears, but in the bones.
These interactions are not just beautiful —
they are transformational. Guests who come
on our tours often leave in tears, awakened
to something timeless and true. Many report
dreams, insights, and heart openings long
after they’ve returned home.
12
I live simply here — on a point of land
surrounded by ocean on three sides and
rainforest at my back. My home is blue, like
the sea, and I share it with beloved animal
companions. Every morning, I walk with my
dog Milo along jungle trails, listening to the
songs of toucans and the rustle of howler
monkeys. I eat vibrant, plant-based foods,
aligning my body with the natural rhythms
around me. It is a life of reverence. A life of
remembering.
13
The journey to protect this marine paradise
has not been easy. There have been legal
battles, logistical hurdles, and moments of
deep discouragement. But the dolphins and
whales remind me — this is part of the dance.
They never stop showing up. Neither will I.
An IMMA designation is a powerful
acknowledgment. It says to the world: this
place matters. These beings matter. The sacred
relationship between humans and cetaceans
matters. But we need more than recognition.
We need action. Real, legal protection.
Enforcement. Education. And we need people
who care — who remember their own
connection to the sea, who feel the pull of the
deep and the call of the dolphins and whales in
their dreams.
To those reading this: you are part of this too.
Whether you live by the ocean or in the middle
of a city, you can attune to the intelligence of
nature. You can slow down. Listen. Ask the wind
a question. Follow the tug in your chest. Let
your inner compass guide you toward what
matters most. The dolphins taught me that. The
whales confirmed it. The ocean reminds me
daily. We are not here to dominate nature. We
are here to remember that we are nature.
14
My prayer is that more of us will awaken to
this truth before it's too late. That we will
protect not just the oceans, but the beings
who dwell within them — and the sacred
intelligence they carry.
Because when you truly listen to a whale’s
song or feel the joy of dolphins spiraling
beneath your boat, something shifts. You
remember who you are. You remember what
you came here to do. And that, my friend,
changes everything.

Read ways to do that here.
We are standing at a tipping point in human
evolution -- where the old paradigms of control,
hierarchy, and conformity are beginning to collapse.
What's rising in their place isn't chaos, but clarity.
Leading that shift are the ones who have always
stood on the edges. The ones who never quite fit in.
The ones who questioned everything. I call them
"The Weird Ones." And I believe they are not just
misfits — they are the future.
THE WEIRD ONES
A NEW KIND OF LEADER FOR THE FUTURE
BY BIRGITTA GRANSTROM

Who Are The Weird Ones?
The Weird Ones are the visionaries, the neuro-
divergent thinkers, the spiritually tuned disruptors
who have long been misunderstood. They don't just
think outside the box — they were never in it to
begin with. Their minds move in spirals, not lines.
They hold paradox without needing to resolve it.
They are the ones who can decode patterns others
don't even see. What others label as "too much,"
"too intense," or "too different" is, in truth,
untapped genius.
WHY THEY’VE BEEN MISJUDGED
Our systems weren’t built for multidimensional
minds. Schools reward memorization, not intuition.
Workplaces prioritize predictability over passion.
Even traditional leadership models often mistake
loudness for strength and control for clarity.
The Weird Ones, with their webbed thinking and wild
wisdom, don’t fit these molds. So they were labeled
pathologized, and often silenced. ADHD. Autism.
Sensitivity. Emotional intensity. But these
‘symptoms’ aren’t problems — they’re evolutionary
signals. our brains, and our world are adopting.
FROM MISFIT TO TRAILBLAZER
Every revolution begins with someone who dares to
live differently. The Weird Ones were never meant
to conform. They were meant to lead us toward
something radically new. They embody the traits
our future demands:
Intuition over rigid logic
Purpose over performance
Multiplicity over monotony
Resonance over hierarchy.
They don't force change—they are the change. They
hold a vision that's not just theirs—it's collective,
ancient, and forward-facing.
THE LIFESPIDER PERSPECTIVE: MULTIPLICITY AS A
SUPERPOWER
Most systems encourage people to narrow their
focus, choose one passion, or follow a single path.
But The Weird Ones were never meant to operate in
single lanes.
LifeSpider System™ was created to reflect the true
nature of these multidimensional minds. It
recognizes that certain individuals are wired for six
distinct Life Projects — each one powered by a
unique driving force, each one tied to a different
dimension of their soul's purpose..
19
Rather than forcing them to conform, LifeSpider™
coaching activates their full web of purpose — a
dynamic structure that enables them to lead from all
six directions simultaneously.
This is why The Weird Ones don't thrive under rigid
formulas. They thrive when given freedom with
intelligent scaffolding—structure that supports, not
suppresses.
Their leadership doesn't arise from external
validation. It comes from internal precision. From
being radically aligned with their encoded design.
THE POWER OF RECLAIMING THE EGO: INTERFACE OF
THE SOUL
We've been taught to fear the ego — to shrink it,
silence it, even shame it. But for The Weird Ones, the
ego isn't the enemy. It's the interface that lets their
inner truth communicate with the outer world. It's not
a mask. It's a map.
In the LifeSpider™ framework, ego isn't about
arrogance. It's about architecture. It provides the
structure for discernment, direction, and decision-
making. It helps Weird Ones navigate between their
inner knowing and outer expression — without
distortion.
